Thursday 4/18/2008 5:01PM Well, it seems to me that there are so many homes to see that buyers get caught up in looking at homes to see what next best thing will be and can miss some very good opportunities.  Also, I am convinced that sometimes agents are afraid to tell a buyer that this particular home is a real good deal and suggest they consider it.  We are afraid the buyers will think we are pushy and looking out for ourselves and they may leave us.  Now having bought a few homes myself makes me know you buy what you like so I understand the process; yet I think there is something to the idea that I need to speak up as I have a pretty good idea what will wear well.

Interestingly we are required to tell a buyer that we think the home we are showing is overpriced.  Should the same not apply to the positive?

Buyers, this is your time to be happy so be happy!
